On April 21th, 2022, Prof. B.V. Gusev, President of the Russian Academy of Engineering (RAE), sent a congratulatory letter to congratulate Professor Yuan Yiqing, a distinguished professor of Jinshan Scholars and a Chinese scientist of our university, on his election as a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering, and hoped that he would make more achievements in innovation and scientific and technological cooperation in promoting the sustainable development of China and Russia in the future.

Prof. Yuan Yiqing is currently the chief expert of the power system of the National New Energy Vehicle Technology Innovation Center, and also serves as the distinguished professor of Jinshan Scholars of Jiangsu University, the chair professor of Minjiang Scholars of Fujian Institute of Engineering, the director of the transmission system product research and development center of Suzhou Automobile Research Institute of Tsinghua University, and the expert of the expert committee of Zhejiang New Energy Vehicle Industry Alliance.
