In order to provide pre-trip guidance for students participating in overseas exchange programs, strengthen dispatch management, and allow students to communicate safely and with confidence, Automotive College held a pre-trip guidance meeting for 2023 Winter vacation overseas exchange study program on Tencent conference platform on the afternoon of January 3. The meeting was presided over by instructor Yang Yang, and instructor Sun Shanshan attended as the lead teacher of the offline Macao project. Nineteen students participated.

First of all, Ms. Yang pointed out that this year's overseas exchange program will be carried out both online and offline, encouraging students to strengthen their own requirements, seize learning opportunities, strive to improve their professional quality, and constantly broaden their international vision. Then, as the leading teacher of the Macao offline cultural project, Ms. Sun put forward three requirements for the students participating in the Macao project: first, enhance safety awareness and increase knowledge of epidemic prevention; second, pay attention to personal image and show personal style; third, open up an international perspective and complete the travel task. Finally, Ms. Yang wished the students a happy and meaningful winter holiday.

This mobilization meeting aims to educate and guide students to exchange and study in a civilized and safe way, and further promote our overseas study and exchange work to a new level.
