In the afternoon of April 11th, the associate professor Wei Shengli of School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering was invited to give a lecture named‘the observations and thinking of academic visit in America ’in 311 hall. A part of young teachers and graduate students from School of automotive and traffic engineering listened to the lecture.

Teacher Wei introduced the aspects successively which include visiting program and the combustion diagnostic laboratory’s related scientific research work of University of Connecticut and the observation and the hearing in America. And from the perspective of professional automotive and engine, compared the innovation detailed among China and the United States and Japan, emphasized the importance of science and technology innovation, and environmental protection and energy optimization should be did well at the same time.

The lecture content from teacher Wei is rich, the teachers and students interested in it and exploited the teachers’and students’vision, inspired the patriotic enthusiasm.
