On the afternoon of September 25th, School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering held the 2015 opening ceremony in the graduate report hall. Dean Jiang Haobin, Secretary Luo Fuqiang , Vice Dean Wang Guolin, Liu Zhiqiang, Yin Bifeng , Vice Secretary Wang Shaohua, some other leaders of School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering and teacher representatives, teachers from school office and student working office attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided by Vice Secretary Wang Shaohua .

The majestic national anthem kicked off the opening ceremony.  Dean Jiang Haobin, on behalf of School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering firstly introduced the development of Jiangsu University; development process of School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering and the achievements in personnel training, teacher’s qualities, subject construction, scientific researches was given. Furthermore, Dean Jiang Haobin encouraged the students to regard studying as the most vital issue and to improve comprehensive qualities which would lay a solid foundation for going abroad or taking part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools or finding a job. 

Subsequently, Secretary Luo Fuqiang commended the names of outstanding freshmen of School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering. He claimed that those students could make persistent efforts and go beyond themselves, and strive for greater achievements. He also encouraged all freshmen to learn from them, and forge ahead to make progress constantly.
