On March 4th，School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering and the first brigade of Zhenjiang Marine College held the signing ceremony about Army-Local joint construction in Meeting Room 310. Prof. Luo Fuqiang, Secretary of Party Committee of the School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering, and Prof. Wang Shaohua, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of the school, Liu Fengjun, Political Commissar of the first brigade of Zhenjiang Marine College, Zhang Hui, Captain of the first brigade, the Director of student affairs office of the school and teachers of school Youth League Committee attended the signing ceremony.

The two sides exchanged views about joint construction works. Taking the signing of agreement as a new starting point, the two sides further promote depth cooperation between the Army and local and contribute to Army-Local joint construction. In the end, Luo Fuqiang, Secretary of Party Committee, and Liu Fengjun, Political Commissar, signed the agreement about Army-Local joint construction.
