Our Institute successfully held a series of academic conferences on "automobile efficient power system"

On the morning of April 17, in the lecture hall on the first floor of Jiangsu University Library, a series of academic reports on "automobile efficient power system" hosted by the automobile power and transmission special committee of Jiangsu Automobile Engineering Society and undertaken by the power department of our college were successfully held. The academic report was presided over by the Secretary General of the professional committee and Wang Jian, deputy director of the powertrain Research Institute of automotive college.

At the meeting, Li Lei of Suzhou green control transmission Co., Ltd. made a report entitled "development direction of new energy heavy truck drive system". In view of the current development status of new energy trucks at home and abroad, the configuration, advantages and disadvantages analysis and application effect of hybrid system and pure electric system are deeply analyzed, and the development direction of new energy heavy truck drive system is prospected.

Qu Wei, product director of Great Wall Motor honeycomb Power System Co., Ltd., made a report entitled "research and development of honeycomb 4n20 high efficiency hybrid engine", introduced the general situation of honeycomb Yichuang Technology Co., Ltd. and its honeycomb Power System Co., Ltd., and displayed the research and development achievements of a new generation of low fuel consumption, low emission, high power and high efficiency powertrain.

Liang Fuxiang, director of FAW Jiefang Engine Division, presented a report entitled "comprehensive tribological performance test and anti-wear simulation optimization of diesel cylinder liner piston ring friction pair", which briefly describes the current situation that explosion pressure increase increases the risk of diesel engine cylinder pulling, low viscosity of engine oil aggravates the wear of piston ring group, and numerical test replaces some bench tests, Forward design is gradually replacing reverse design.

Dr. Zhang Tong of Wuxi Hybrid Technology Co., Ltd. made a report entitled "technical analysis and application of commercial vehicle hybrid transmission", which introduced the topology of the new hybrid transmission and optimized the structure of the new hybrid transmission.

Bian Guosheng, deputy general manager of Changzhou Kuntai Vehicle System Co., Ltd., made a report entitled introduction to hybrid transmission (DHT) products and systems for passenger cars. Based on the development trend of hybrid special transmission, this paper analyzes the architecture of hybrid drive system, and finally introduces Kuntai hybrid DHT products.

Sun Jian, general manager of KaVo Automotive Technology Department, made a report entitled "research and development of KaVo fuel cell vehicles". This paper briefly introduces the development process of fuel cell vehicle of Cavo automobile, discusses the current situation of fuel cell technology of Cavo automobile, and looks forward to the future development plan of Cavo automobile.

The report of Tan Xin, director of Ricardo, is entitled "Application of Ricardo software on Powertrain System". Briefly describe the main functions and applications of Ricardo software, and share the case of wave-rt integrated into Ricardo rcube2 and engine bench parallel operation project.

Wang zongle, product manager of Siemens simulation and test, gave a report entitled "Application of Siemens simcenter in electric drive system development", gave the advantages of simcenter in power and transmission system development, and introduced the actual Ford automobile case.
