Dr. Chuanli Liu, a senior analyst at GM corporation's analysis department, made an academic report titled"trends in automotive dynamics"in the 311 lecture hall of the school of Automotive and Traffic Engineering building on October 25.

Dr. Liu Chuanli spoke of the development trend of motive power, analyzed market share data of Europe and the United States and China diesel vehicles, compared the economy and environmental protection of the internal combustion engine and electric vehicles from the perspective of life cycle, pointed out problems remains to solve of electric promotion, probed into the future the development direction of internal combustion engine to electrification and encourage teachers and students work together to present the development of internal combustion engine technology to promote to new heights. After the report, Dr. Chuanli Liu carefully answered questions about the development trend of the internal combustion engine.
