In order to create a warm sense of belonging for international students in China and immerse them in the rich atmosphere of the Dragon Boat Festival, the Automobile College organized a series of cultural experience activities titled "Immerse in Dragon Boat Festival Culture, Share the Joy of the Festival," guiding international students to deeply experience traditional Chinese Dragon Boat Festival customs and feel the unique charm of Chinese culture.

During the dumpling wrapping session, the villagers patiently taught the university students the techniques of making zongzi. From selecting and folding the bamboo leaves, adding glutinous rice and fillings, to tying the ropes, each step was filled with wisdom. The students listened attentively while practicing with their hands, quickly grasping the essentials of dumpling wrapping. Apart from wrapping dumplings, the students also participated in sewing sachets. Although small, these sachets carried people's wishes and blessings for a better life. During the egg painting session, the students unleashed their creativity and imagination, transforming ordinary eggs into colorful works of art.

This event not only demonstrated the profoundness and richness of traditional Chinese culture but also provided a platform for Chinese and international students to interact and learn from each other. Jiangsu University will continue to organize similar cultural exchange activities to enable more Chinese and foreign students to understand traditional Chinese culture and promote cultural exchange and integration.
