In the afternoon of November 23rd, 2016, ‘2017 scientific research declaration promoting meeting’ of School of Automotive was held in 311 report room. Professor Cai Yixi, Professor He Ren, Vice-president Cai Yingfeng was invited to do the reports. President Jiang Haobing, Secretary Luo Fuqiang and Vice-president Yin Bifeng attended the meeting. And the meeting was hosted by Vice-president Yin Bifeng.

Vice-president Yin Bifeng made a detailed introduction and analyze about the scientific research achievements for the last 3 years. And compared the scientific research award policies in 2013, 2015 and 2016 to do some analyses. He encouraged college teachers to participated actively in declaring scientific research project and declaring collaboratively.

Professor Cai Yixi, Professor He Ren, Vice-professor Cai Yingfeng did special reports Experience of National Nature Fund Declaration, Experience of Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Project Declaration and Experience Communication of Automotive Engineering Research Institute Key Projects Declaration separately.

President Jiang Haobing made a conclusion speech, encouraged teachers who could declare should prepare early, declare national nature scientific fund project actively, the school would offer some help; and also encouraged young teachers to do academic communications actively.
