On May 18,The‘Joint Workshop on New Energy Vehicles and Intelligent Transportation Between China and America’International Academic Forum and the opening ceremony of‘the Joint International Laboratory of New Energy Vehicles and Intelligent Transportation system Between China and America’both organized by Jiangsu University and Wayne State University were held in our university. Prof. Farshad Fotouhi, dean of School of Mechanical Engineering attended the activity and gave a speech about hoping the ‘Joint International Laboratory’could help Jiangsu University and Wayne State University to achieve the goal of win-win and joint development. Meanwhile, Vice President Prof. Chen Long attended the activity and gave a welcoming speech. Then Prof. Farshad Fotouhi and Prof. Chen Long participated in the unveiling ceremony together.

In the forum, Wayne State University, the Engineering Research Institute of Chongqing Changan Automobile CO. LTD, Jiangsu Runhe Software CO. LTD and researchers in related disciplines of our university separately gave fantastic reports about the conference theme. In additio, they all communicated with the faculties and students present at the conference.
