On the 2nd June, an academic report from professor Kajishima Takeo of Osaka University inJapanand his appointment ceremony as a part-time professor in Jiangsu  University were held in Room224, the lecture hall of Automotive Engineering Research Institute. Prof. Jiang Haobin, the dean of School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering was presented at the ceremony. He awarded the appointment certificate to Prof. Kajishima Takeo and helped him wear the badge of our university. People related and some teachers and students attended the appointment ceremony.

After the ceremony, Prof. Kajishima gave a academic report named The research progress in numerical simulation of turbulence and the phenomenon of unsteady cavitation. He first introduced the basic information about Osaka University to the students and teachers presented and welcomed everyone to visit. Then, Prof. Kajishima described cavitations flow, and then explained the phase change model, the mutual effect between turbulence and cavitations and the engineering applications in detail. Finally, he gave some advice on how to conduct good research.

The academic research Prof. Kajishima gave was rich in content and many students and teachers were interested in his report. After the ceremony, he discussed and communicated with the teachers and students vividly.
