On the afternoon of March 25th, Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Expert Team Director Sun Zhongqu, Director Lv Weidong, Chief Shi Lei, Dr. Han Fei, Dr. Xu Dongkai, and Yang Zhihui visited the School of Automobile and Traffic Engineering. The “Super-high-strength steel battery pack production, education and research project” carried out the final acceptance work. Geng Guoqing, the Deputy Dean of the School of Automobile and Traffic Engineering, and associate prof. Duan Libin, associate prof. Xue Hongtao, Dr. Xu Wei, Dr. Liu Xing and other team members in charge of the project participated in the acceptance meeting.

Project leader Duan Libin reported on the research and development of ultra-high-strength steel battery packs, project results and future prospects. After listening to the report on the implementation of the project, the Baosteel expert team carefully reviewed the closing materials and agreed to pass the acceptance.

After the meeting, Director Sun Zhongqu and his entourage, accompanied by Geng Guoqing, visited the school’s teaching and scientific research equipment and the falling hammer impact laboratory.
