The original English version of "Traffic Engineering Manual" has been published in 7 editions for nearly 70 years, especially the latest seventh edition, which changes the traditional idea of planning and design with the car as the core to "traffic engineering" as the center, and more comprehensively considers the traffic needs of various roles involved in the transportation system. And combine the traffic system, land use and environment, emphasize the whole process of design planning ideas, play a cross-scene traffic engineering practice guidance role.
