Recently, the paper "Driving Distraction Review" by Ge Huimin, director of the Institute of Traffic Big Data and Vehicle Networking of our Institute, was selected as an excellent paper in the Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering in 2022.

For a long time, Associate Professor Ge Huimin's team has been committed to the study of traffic safety technology and human factors in driving behavior. The methods of data acquisition, index selection, identification methods and research conclusions are comprehensively analyzed in the Review of Distracted Driving. The root of the difference is analyzed. The research trends of future driving distraction data acquisition, index selection and identification methods are proposed to provide a theoretical basis for the study of driving distraction.
