On October 27, professor Guenter Elsbett from the university of OTH amberg-weiden in German gave an academic report entitled"Stirling Engines"in the 311 lecture hall of the school of Automotive and Traffic Engineering institute. This conference was presided by Fuqiang Luo, the secretary of the automotive and traffic engineering college. Participate in the meeting were, relevant faculty, graduate students and undergraduates.

Professor Elsbett introduces the research background and significance of studying Stirling engine, expounds the working principle of Stirling engine, points out the advantages of Stirling engine in the application process, analyzes working process of the different types of Stirling engine, explains the work characteristics of their own design and manufacture of Stirling engine, application of Elsbett Stirling engine was introduced. After the report, professor Elsbett carefully answered questions about the Stirling engine.

After the report, president of the School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering Jiang, vice President of the Yin and prpfesser Elsbett held talks, the two sides to build research technology platform for the exchange together, in order to promote Jiangsu university cooperation with German Amberg - weideng University reached a consensus.
