A few days ago, there was good news from vehicle 1701 class(communication of China and the United States). 33 students in the class passed December 2017 cet-4 test at once. Among them, the highest score was 618, and students who got the score over 550 are 13. Since the class began to recruit students in 2017, school adhered to the goal of cultivating new international talents and developed a training plan accordingly. Through reforming college English teaching method, combining the American professor to teach in China and implementing the TOEFL teaching method，school provided full guarantee for the students to enter the American university with good grades. The class students participated in the TOEFL training course jointly organized by the school language center and our school. This semester, they are entering the TOEFL intensive training program and will take the TOFEL test in May.

Vehicle engineering China-US exchange program is an education project for educational background, which is held by Jiangsu University and Ministry of Education China Education International Exchange Association, China Education International Education Exchange Center, American State University and College Association within the framework of the C-US talent training program. Jiangsu University and the University of Northern Arizona in the United States follow the "1+2.5+0.5" model to cultivate students together and they are also taking credit mutual recognition, degree federation. The project enrolled 33 students in 2017, and the application was launched in the end of November 2017. In April, the students will complete the preparation of the visa related materials. Meanwhile, the American university sends experts to our institute to train students before the visa application. In June, the students will be arranged to apply for the visa.

At present, students in this class are engaged in English study and preparation work with full enthusiasm. Students said that cet-4 was just a test stone in college, and they would take part in the cet-6 test, TOEFL, and the nervous and challenging American study life were waiting them. The students said that in the following months, they would devote themselves to the intense study, and actively prepared for the study in the United States in the best condition.
