On February 27th, the School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering in jiangsu university together with Jiangsu University Of Science And Technology invited overseas students into the local community of zhenjiang RunZhou——Taoyi Community, with residents to enjoy the beautiful lanterns, guess lantern riddles, taste Yuanxiao, talk about customs, experience the Chinese Lantern Festival folk-custom, feel the charm of traditional culture.

Before the event, the community volunteers used the old stuff made the Lanterns to echo the dog year for the activity, and invited the overseas students to hang lanterns, guess lantern riddles and taste Yuanxiao. The residents of the community explained the customs of the Lantern Festival enthusiastically to the international students. They also listen with interest and feel the warmth of the Lantern Festival with the residents of the community.

The successfully held of the Lantern Festival not only gave overseas students a closer understanding of Chinese culture but also gave them a taste of traditional Chinese culture.
