In March 30, School of Automotive invited the director of the planning center of Jiangsu Traffic and Transportation Department and the deputy director of the Zhenjiang New District Management Committee, Dr. Yin Hongliang, at the 311 report hall of the automotive building, to give students academic lecture entitled " contribution to the integration of the city of Zhenjiang, Nanjing and Yangzhou ---the regional transportation strategy for the city and the region".

Through his 16 years of experience in the transport industry, Dr. Yin Hongliang introduced the development trend and traffic function of urban agglomeration in detail from the angle of theory and practice, ,the related background of Namjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou integration, the current traffic situation and existing problems, the strategic goal of traffic development and the route measures, etc.

Dr Yin explained in detail how to plan an urban agglomeration from politics, economy, transportation, policy and so on.
