On November 6, 2024, in Conference Room 311, our college invited Professor Zhou Cunshan to deliver a lecture titled "Experiences and Insights in Applying for National Natural Science Foundation of China Grants." The lecture was hosted by Professor Jing Peng, the deputy director of the Automobile College, and attended by all teachers intending to apply for National Natural Science Foundation grants. Professor Zhou provided a detailed interpretation from three aspects: research background and project basis, scientific issues and technical bottlenecks, and research foundation and feasibility. He highlighted that high-quality grant proposals are characterized by prominent innovative spirit, sufficient project basis, appropriate research objectives, detailed research plans, strong research foundations, and concise and to-the-point proposals.
