To enrich graduate students’ cultural life beyond coursework, strengthen team collaboration, and showcase the energetic and enterprising spirit of graduate students in the new era, the School of Automotive Engineering, in collaboration with Hongjiang College, held the 2025 Graduate Football Tournament on May 21 at the Xishan Football Field under the theme “Accelerating on the Green Pitch, Leaping Forward Together on the Research Journey.” A total of seven teams were formed by graduate classes from the School of Automotive Engineering to take part in the tournament.

The event attracted many graduate students who are passionate about football. They not only demonstrated refined skills on the field, but also embodied perseverance and a positive academic ethos. With the referee’s whistle, the tournament officially began. Players quickly found their rhythm, weaving through defenders with dribbles, coordinating passes, and delivering a succession of exciting plays. Team members worked in close coordination and fought tenaciously, with the score seesawing back and forth and the atmosphere remaining intense and electrifying throughout.
