In the morning of November 4th, a symposium on “how to build yourself into an inter-disciplinary talent fit for the commercial vehicle industry?” was held in the third lecture hall, conference center of Jiangsu University. The keynote speaker was Li Guiping, general manager of CIMC vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd., part-time professor of Jiangsu University. The host was Prof. Jiang Haobin, Dean of the school of automobile and traffic engineering. The symposium was attended by Zhu Yan, director of the office of Development and External cooperation of the University, representatives of enterprises, and more than 160 teachers and students from School of Elite and School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering.

During the symposium, general manager Li Guiping introduced the practice and experience that the companied gained during the process of its transformation and upgrading, exploration and innovation. He mentioned the past, present and future trend of China's commercial vehicle industry, and told students how to prepare in advance in order to become the inter-disciplinary talent that are appreciated by China's commercial vehicle industry even all the other industries.
