Recently, the   third "Auto Cup" new and old postgraduate basketball game,   sponsored by the Youth League Committee of the Automotive College and   Automotive Engineering Research Institute, hosted by the Seminar of the Automotive   College and Automobile Engineering Research Institute, kicked off at the   Xishan basketball court. A total of 8 teams from the Automotive College and   Automotive Engineering Research Institute signed up for this basketball game.

The theme of this basketball game was meeting friends   with the ball, promoting exchanges, unity and cooperation, and walking hand   in hand. This activity aimed to enrich campus culture, show the passion and   vitality of contemporary graduate students, and cultivate a positive and   enterprising spirit.

After 15 days of fierce competition, graduate third   team and graduate power 1901 team won the championship and runner-up   respectively with better overall strength.

Graduate power 2001 team had a good performance in the   first competition. After losing a game in the group stage, this team reversed   and won the third place in this competition, which showed strong team   cohesion.

During the game, the players showed the fighting spirit   that Automotive College students should have. Though the results may be   pleasing or unsatisfactory, this would not affect their love of competitive   sports. Through this competition, the postgraduate freshmen would integrate   into the automobile family faster and better. At the closing ceremony after   the game, Teacher Tao Wangzai awarded trophies and honor certificates to the   top four teams, and encouraged the students to continue to carry forward the   spirit of fighting on the court in scientific research!
